Research and innovation in taste lead us every day to the discovery and realisation of new ice creams to be included in our offers. The use of local raw materials is one of our cornerstones. This is why we rely on recognised and certified consortia in the milk supply chain, and also select seasonal fruit, thus creating unmistakable flavours with a sincere and authentic flavour. We produce also lactose-free ice cream, to cater for food intolerances, but also to provide a clean, fragrant taste. Gourmet flavours also stand out in our history, specially prepared for events and manifestations experienced each time with enthusiasm and involvement.

We have renewed our cake selection, combining classic pastry cakes with parfait cakes, as soft as mousse but as fresh as our ice creams.
And the pastry? Our bet was to focus on semifreddos. Monoportions, mignons, all prepared with our semifreddos and good for all seasons.

Our breakfasts will win you over with croissants and brioches prepared directly in our workshop, made with Butter, to give you a fragrant, intense and natural taste.
